Boston (October 1, 2013) — The International risk consultancy firm i-fact@nalysis, Inc. announced today that Managing Directors, Kent Anderson and Dennis Moschella, and Board Member and Advisor, Raymond Humphrey, CPP, will be panelists on a “Conducting Due Diligence in China” presentation at the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethic’s “SCCE” 12th Annual Conference in Washington D.C. in October 2013. The panel will focus on the complexities and challenges foreign companies experience when conducting due diligence of Chinese companies. Many of the business risks in China occur in other countries. However, some are unique to China, its culture, laws and regulations.
