Mr. DeLia is the co-founder and Managing Partner of i-fact@nalysis, Inc. and continues to be a major factor in the company’s day-to-day operations, development of new business opportunities in the areas of risk management, domestic and international due diligence, investigation services, compliance, IT and physical security consulting. Under his stewardship, i-fact@nalysis has developed into a firm with a reputation for delivering high-quality services through innovation with a clearly defined focus on customer service.

Previously, Ron held senior leadership positions as President & CEO, Executive V.P. and Vice President of Corporate Development for leading private sector risk management and security companies. Before entering the private sector, Ron was a non-commissioned officer in the United States Army.

Rather than claiming i-fact@nalysis could do everything and be good at all of them, Ron carved out a niche by narrowly defining the services offered by i-fact@nalysis to the company’s clients. He also realized early in his career that the only way to deliver superior customer services was to limit the number of i-fact@nalysis’ clients, which was a daunting challenge for an entrepreneur.

Prior to co-founding i-fact@nalysis, Ron started a security consulting and risk management business in 1996, which was merged into i-fact@nalysis, Inc.’s operations in 2008. The merger allowed the new firm to attract seasoned risk management professionals and expand its global presence.

In 1982 Ron co-founded Commercial & Industrial Security Services, Inc. an investigation and risk management firm. The firm grew to one of the leading investigations firms in the North East providing services to Fortune 1000 companies. In 1992 the firm was acquired by First Security Services the largest full-service security firm in the Northeast. Ron joined the acquiring firm as Vice President of Corporate Development.

After leaving military service Ron joined the largest and fastest-growing security firm in the North East. During his tenure, he rose to a senior-level executive reporting directly to the co-founder and CEO.

Ron served two tours in Vietnam with the 504th combat Military Police Battalion, the most decorated Military Police Battalion on active duty in the United States Army as a non-commissioned officer. During his military career, he also worked as an investigator for the U.S. Army’s Criminal Investigation Command’s (“CID”) Joint Narcotics Investigation Detachment (“JNID”), which was comprised of Special Agents from U.S. Customs, the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (Predecessor of the DEA) and investigators from Army CID. JNID’s mission was the interdiction of major suppliers of heroin in South East Asia.
