i-fact@nalysis opens new office in Guangzhou, China and appoints Eckhard Neumann as Managing Director Central Europe.

Boston (November 15, 2011) — The international investigative and risk consulting firm, i-fact@nalysis, announced today the opening of the company’s office in Guangzhou, China and the appointment of Mr. Eckhard Neumann as the Managing Director for Central Europe and the firm’s Berlin, Germany office. These are the latest steps in i-fact@nalysis, Inc.’s continuing expansion, due to the increased demand for the company’s global due diligence, investigative, compliance, executive protection, computer forensic and risk consulting services.

The office in Guangzhou will support i-fact@nalysis’s offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Mr. Charles Hon will manage the Guangzhou office in his role as Assistant Director of Operations for Hong Kong and China.

Mr. Hon has thirty years of public and private sector experience in the Asia Pacific region with twenty-four years serving with the Criminal Investigation Department of the Hong Kong Police. Mr Hon’s experience includes service with the Criminal Intelligence Bureau, Organized Crime and Triad Bureau and other specialized investigative units. After his retirement from the Hong Kong Police, Mr. Hon worked in China for six years as a security and risk management consultant, prior to joining i-fact@nalysis. Mr. Hon is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. “The addition of the Guangzhou office will enhance i-fact@nalysis’s presence and service capabilities throughout China”, said Mr. Hon.

Mr. Neumann has over thirty year’s experience in the public and private sectors throughout Europe. He served with the Berlin Police Department for ten years and achieved the rank of Captain. Mr. Neumann played a key role in the founding and development of the “Institute for Security Services (Institut für Sicherheitsdienste “IfS”). His responsibilities included the development of security programs and analysis for the hospitality industry and the security training of IFS personnel for all U.S. Embassy facilities in Berlin. Mr. Neumann also served as the Director, Investigations Continental Europe for one of the top five international risk consultancy firms. He has worked throughout Europe for over twenty years, which has allowed him to develop high level contacts in every major European country.
